Booty Built uses evidence-based programming and progressive overload to drive results. Members track all training in the Wodify app, which calculates individualized percentages and helps guide safe, consistent progression over time.

How It Works:

Booty Built runs 3 days per week in a fully coached group setting. Each session is individually modified and follows a clear training focus. While the weekly structure is consistent, daily workouts are adjusted based on your movement quality, experience level, and goals. Sessions include guided mobility, glute activation, targeted lower-body training, and personalized coaching cues. This isn’t just another leg day—it’s purposeful lower-body training for strength and function.

Weekly Training Format:

  • Monday — Movement Quality, Strength & Hypertrophy: Focus on clean mechanics, progressive overload, and muscle development to build strong, sculpted glutes and legs.
  • Wednesday — Hip Function, Rotation & Tissue Resilience: Train through various angles and patterns to enhance muscle control, CNS efficiency, and joint health.
  • Friday — Multi-Focus Lower Body Training: Blend strength, endurance, and athletic movement to build real-world performance and durability.

This 3-day structure delivers consistent results through progressive, focused training.
