Each session begins with guided mobility and body flow, then progresses into a focused training emphasis for the day. The program follows a weekly structure, with daily modifications based on your goals, experience, and movement patterns. It’s individualized coaching in a supportive group format.


Members use the V3 Society Training App to log results and calculate personalized loads, ensuring each session hits the right intensity for safe, steady improvement.
